Hi, I’m Tyler. I’m a personal trainer, and founder of Brotherton Fitness.

As a child, I grew up always being overweight. I was teased a lot, and even called “Tyler, oh Brother he weighs a Ton!” *I know, kids can be mean!* One day, I decided to change all that. I completely changed my eating habits, and got into sports and staying active. Ever since, I’ve had a passion for relaying those great results and feelings into others. Having been a personal trainer in the Fitness industry for over 12 years, I’ve experienced many different approaches to Fitness. I work with clients from ages 14 – 95 years old, who obviously have vastly different goals. So, if you’ve ever thought an injury, fitness level, or age were holding you back, I can promise you we can create a program together that will work.

At Brotherton Fitness, the client will always come first. Over the years, I’ve tried working in some of the “large corporate gyms.” Many times, I am disappointed to see that money is valued over the experience and Health of it’s clients.
